Seth Rowland is the founder of Basha Systems LLC (since 1996) and an associate member of 3545 Consulting (since 2014). He holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an editor of the U. Penn. Law Review and the Comparative Labor Law Journal. He has a B.A. from Dartmouth College. He was a federal appellate court clerk (11th Circuit) in the chambers of Hon. J.L. Edmondson.
He has over eight years of legal experience, having worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, KramerLevin LLP, and Kalkines, Arky, Zall & Bernstein. He is widely known as an expert on document assembly and the design of expert systems. He was named by TechnoLawyer Legal Technology Consultant of the Year and regularly contributes to TechnoLawyer, ABA GPSolo, ABA Real Property & Probate, and other publications.
He has been with the company since it began operations in 1996. He has written over a hundred article on legal technology, and spoken across the country.
