The Nebraska Bar Association (NSBA) retained Basha Systems to re-design their probate system in GhostFill. From on-the-fly help on a document by document basis, to centralized party management and complete asset and taxation reporting schedules, the system will deliver everything you've ever needed to run an efficient probate matter. A large human resources management agency determined that the production of the documentation associated with their day to day business was inefficient. District Attorney's Office

The Nassau DA's Office put out a public Request for Proposal, which Basha Systems was successful in obtaining. Replacing an archaic IBM Mainframe document assembly system, our delivered system contains many innovations on the HotDocs document assembly platform. Take the video tour.

Foreclosure Litigation

A small firm was conducting volume foreclosure litigation matters for a single client. They needed a way to manage and produce the documentation for these high volume matters in the most efficient method possible. Utilizing HotDocs to deliver this required a little "working around" to embed some workflow functions into the document assembly system.
