Online interview for a user's documents
A document assembly software tool that enables users to create automated versions of their
documents and present them as online questionnaires.
In many cases, the authoring of automated documents has been somewhat
time consuming and labor intensive, often requiring specialist programming
expertise to create templates or programmed versions of the underlying
document to yield the greatest results. As with any document
assembly or online template management software, this is quite often
the case however, the DealBuilder suite can greatly expedite this
complex process.
DealBuilder.author has transformed the laborious automation task of traditional
document assembly tools by eliminating the need for document templates and the complex logic programming
associated with them.
Instead DealBuilder.author is able to analyze and interpret the
document in its original Microsoft Word format. Where a document
is imprecise or ambiguous DealBuilder.author uses an artificial
intelligence engine to prompt the user for clarification. With the
elimination of template programming, document automation can be
undertaken by anyone who understands the underlying documents, with
little to no specialist help.

Complex documents and transactions that were not automatable using previous

DealBuilder.author Specifications
Architecture
A desktop application which integrates with Microsoft Word using OLE.
Variable Dictionaries
Collections of variables from masters are stored within a central authoring database for use within other masters.
Authoring
DealBuilder.Author builds masters for DealBuilder.Server through the insertion of
meaningful mark-up into a Word master document.
Automation
DealBuilder.Author compiles the Word master into a DealBuilder.Server master file.
This consists of a template file and xml representation.
Publication
Publication to the DealBuilder.Server consists of registering the master version within the
DealBuilder database and storing the template files on the DealBuilder server.
Launch
It is possible to launch in a browser the questionnaire of any master registered on the DealBuilder.Server.
