About Basha Systems LLC
In 1996, our founder left the formal practice of law to set up a technology consulting
practice to use software to redesign the legal document drafting process.
We specialize in the creation of expert drafting systems using GhostFill
® , AmicusAssembly® & HotDocs®. We also build case management
solutions and feature packages for TimeMatters®. Our clients include
leading law firms, insurance companies, government procurement departments
and large public companies for whom we have advised on and built expert
drafting systems. Our founder regularly speaks and writes on technology
issues and is a nationally recognized industry expert on document assembly.
Basha Personnel
Seth G. Rowland, Esq., President & Founder
Mr. Rowland holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He was
an editor of the U. Penn. Law Review and a Federal Appellate Court Clerk
(11th Circuit). He has over eight years of legal experience, having worked
at Kramer-Levin, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and Kalkines, Arky, Zall & Bernstein.
He is widely known as an expert on document assembly and the design of
expert systems. He was named Legal Technology Consultant of the Year in
2002.
Rose B. Rowland, Chief Operating Officer
Mrs. Rowland is an ABA certified paralegal with over 14 years of legal experience in Washington, DC
and New York.She has handled trademark portfolios, corporate filings in
all 50 states, federal regulatory filings and real estate transaction closings,
drafted SEC filings and managed major litigations.
Ian Burrows, Resident Geek
Mr. Burrows is a certified paralegal with over five years of experience programming
and designing HotDocs and GhostFill systems. He has designed many of the
systems used by Basha Systems to manage large projects, as well as the
development of our web presence. Most people overlook his Aussie accent.
