Mr. Rowland holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He was an editor of the U. Penn. Law Review and a Federal Appellate Court Clerk (11th Circuit). He has over eight years of legal experience, having worked at KramerLevin, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and Kalkines, Arky, Zall & Bernstein. He is widely known as an expert on document assembly and the design of expert systems. He was named by TechnoLawyer Legal Technology Consultant of the Year in 2002 and regularly contributes to TechnoFeatures, ABA GPSolo, and other publications. He has been with the company since it began operations in 1996.
Mrs. Rowland worked as a paralegal for over 14 years in Washington, D.C. and New York. She has worked in all areas of civil law including trademarks, environmental law, corporate, civil litigation, probate and securities. During her time with Basha Sytems, she has earned certifications in both Time Matters® and Lexis-Nexis Total Practice Advantage® (LNTPA). She has worked extensively with document automation programs including HotDocs® and GhostFill®. Currently, she is the product line manager for the Nebraska Probate System V Application. But, most importantly to us, she bakes a mean blueberry muffin (recipe available upon request).
Mr. Burrows is a HotDocs® CIC, as well certified paralegal with over eight years of experience programming and designing HotDocs and GhostFill systems. He has designed many of the systems used by Basha Systems to manage large projects, as well as the development of our web presence. Most people overlook his Aussie accent.
Ms. Humphreys has in excess of 25 years experience of accounting management, financial applications software design and implementation. Holly is a Certified Consultant for Timeslips® products, an Certified Independent Consultant for TimeMatters® and Billing Matters™ and Billing Matters Plus™. We make excuses for Holly, because she is from Chicago, the South Side ... But apart from that, you can't find a smarter person to make sense of your financial processes.
Mr. Wexler is a Time Matters® CIC. In addition to his CIC certification, Marc is also a Microsoft® Certified System Engineer and Cisco Certified System Engineer. His educational background includes a B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry as well as a minor in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Marc has both IT and legal process experience in law firms, having served as a law firm IT director for 12 years, as well as many years of high tech engineering consulting work.
In August 2007, Steve Stockstill left a eight-year career at Time Matters/LexisNexis to pursue life “outside the box,” transforming Data Equity LLC into a full-time software solutions provider. As software engineer Steve has built a suite of troubleshooting tools for managing the data inside Time Matters and for portals for accessing the data from outside of Time Matters. He is a resource that we use to build custom extensions to Time Matters and to troubleshoot databases that have become unstable.
